CSM-Customer Success Manager

If you’re a fabulously fab Customer Success Manager for whom the definition of passion is the role they play working as a CSM; we’d like to hear from you:




What you’ll do:

--Be a core part of Client Relationship Building; Meet clients to build and sustain relationships                     

-Take regular feedback from client on product, services and performance                                            

-Take care of all Client Communication

-Understand client needs and provide solution at top speed                                     

-Act as the SPOC for internal technical team, client technical team and client business team

-Upsell to all clients so they move from data collection to data analysis                                   

-Conduct health check on all documented outputs going to client                            

-Provide training to clients on product or product updates                                        

-Build & record case studies of successful interventions with client                                         

-Keep yourself updated on the product at all times                                      

-Build & maintain records of Tatvic Solutions

-Liaise with Secondary Information Providers (SIPs) to ensure accurate and expedient transmission

-Additionally Liaise with Google with the channel manager to manage the principle relationship

The finer print:-

-Your 1-3+ years of experience in Internet/Web Technology adds to our team value.

-Your degree in B.E/B.Tech/BCA/MSc IT/MCA/MBA or relevant field builds our knowledge bank overall.
