Role: Manager/Sr. Manager – Corporate Accounts (depending upon relevant experience)

Corporate Sales manager role at a fast-growing startup at the intersection of healthcare and technology

About the role:

You will be solely responsible for building the corporate client base in your city and be at the forefront of our exciting journey.

You will have ample support to succeed including internal sales and skilled pre-sales support, to help you create and drive opportunities to closure.

Our existing client base includes many leading multinationals, three of India's largest private health insurance companies, top Indian conglomerates etc., providing a great foundation for accelerated growth. 

Compensation:

Market standards with attractive incentives and earnings multipliers

Major Responsibilities:

As a Manager / Sr. Manager – Corporate Accounts, you will be reporting to the General Manager – Corporate and Business Groups. 

As the corporate sales manager responsible for your city, you will:


  • Be responsible for direct and channel sales of preventive health solutions to corporate clients in your city

  • Work independently to develop new leads and convert qualified leads

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key corporate clients and channel partners in your territory

Important Notes: This position is based out of the city specified above. Successful candidate must currently be based in the same city or prepared to relocate at your own expense.

Travel Required: Mostly within city.

Requirements: 


  1. At least 2 years track record of meeting/exceeding increasing sales targets and responsibilities

  2. Prior experience in building and nurturing long-term account relationships

  3. Prior experience in selling solutions to HR dept. in corporates

  4. Excitement to grow the market for an innovative service that has 95%+ customer satisfaction and great customer retention

  5. Problem-solver, eager to learn, self-starter, goal-oriented

  6. Meticulous and detail oriented approach

  7. Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills

  8. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Good to have:


  • Experience in selling benefits (e.g. insurance products) & wellness products (e.g. health check) to HR in corporates

  • Experience in selling a value added solution
