SparesHub.com, is an automobile parts and services e-commerce company in Pune. We are team of motivated and energetic professionals chasing the dream of redefining the Indian spare parts distribution industry. 

To accelerate our growth further, Spareshub is looking for self- driven, highly energetic individuals with craving to grow attitude and deal -closing skills to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of the Corporate Sales Executive will be to lead the business development efforts in the Corporate Sector. This role emphasizes aggressively establishing new relationships with the various corporates/B2B Sales and generating revenue for the company. The role will encompass responsibility for developing and executing action plans that will lead to successful signing of new business contracts with various corporates/fleet owners. 



Key responsibilities will include: 


  • New customer acquisition in relevant target segments (mainly corporates/large fleet owners) and manage an effective and profitable pipeline by filtering and qualifying the prospects. 

  • Generate and own leads through various initiatives such as corporate marketing campaigns, online marketing, event participation, customer referrals, networking, cold calling etc.

  • Respond to queries from potential and existing customers, communicate value proposition and negotiate deals successfully. 

  • Mapping of the overall market potential within prescribed territory to determine organizations current market share and market opportunity for corporate tie-ups.

  • Ensure efficient after sales service to customers in accordance with their business requirements, including information on schedule and other product updates etc. 

  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business, increased market share and sustainable relationships.

  • Develop contracts for the new clients. Formalize the contract.

  • Price Negotiations and closing the deals. 

  • Create forecast reports on revenue/target management and end of month reports on revenue and projection vs achievement.

  • Travelling for business purposes will be a part of the profile.



Candidate Profile :


  • Customer First, Ability to make positive impact on every interaction, able to understand customer needs and find a solution.

  • Interpersonal effectiveness and ability to influence.

  • Strong experience in full life-cycle sales including lead qualification, presenting information to diverse audiences, and closing deals.

  • Strong desire to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment 

  • Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills.
