Description

This opportunity is perfect for an energetic, self-starter who wants to join a fast-growing startup and become an instrumental part of the company. This role will help drive our sales growth through conversion strategies. We are looking for unique individuals who love a challenge and want to get their hands dirty.

Responsibilities: 

Manage a team of interns working remotely from Campuses.

Utilize interns (sales representatives) across the regional to maximize SlicePay’s reach & customer base.

Develop strategies to increase lead conversion rates.

Forecast and analyze key revenue drivers and increase profitability.

Engage with interns on a daily/weekly basis and improve their productivity.

Own communication and exchange of information between various internal departments and the interns.

Comfortable with reporting and analysing data in order to calculate and maximise the ROI of the sales channel. 

 

Skills: 

Persistency and tenacity in achieving goals. You don’t take NO as an answer. 

Excellent communication skills. 

Strong analytical and problem solving skills. You can analyze the current market and figure out by yourself new, creative ways to improve the conversion rate. 

Great team player that can work under pressure and run the extra mile.

An independent self-starter attitude; the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

Strong time management, follow-up, project management and organizational skills.
