Technical Trainee ( Desktop Support) - Wall in to our Office from 22-Aug-2016 to 24-Aug-2016
Installation, troubleshooting and configuration of Win 7 /8 Operating System.
Basic Networking support, configuration of network printers and troubleshooting, VPN Clients troubleshooting.
Email Application Support such as Configuration of Outlook and office 365, analyzing and finding the root cause of issues.
Prioritize tickets/calls and provide technical support via remote/phone/chat/ walk in.
Work on domain controller, Active directory, addition and deletion of user ID and passwords.
Work on DNS, DHCP and FILE Servers.
Basic working scope on Antivirus and Backup system.
Visit clients and diagnose issues at user end and resolve it within SLA.
Provide Desktop support, network support and basic server support.
Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma with computer’s background /Fresher’s who has knowledge related to hardware and Networking. CCNA, A+, N+ certification is an added advantage.

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
2. Understanding of Client handling.
3. Two wheeler with Valid Driving License is mandatory.
4. Good knowledge of IT fundamentals preferred:
a. Hardwares: Laptops, Desktops, printers, scanners, peripherals.
b. Networking: VPN, Cables, ports, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, TCP/IP.
c. Applications: Outlook, office 365, Windows configuration & maintenance.
d. Basic Servers: Active Directory, group policies, Exchange server, DHCP, DNS, antivirus, firewalls, Backup
e. Latest Technologies: Virtualization, Cloud, ITIL, Knowledge of remote tools, protocols.
