Open Door aims at making children good learners by developing the habit of learning by understanding in them. We have developed a product called Mastery Assessments that is implemented at K12 schools across the country.
We are looking for a candidate who will expand Open Door's reach in schools in a specific region and will coordinate with Open Door's sales team to help maximise sales. The salary includes a fixed component and a very attractive bonus and increment structure. The average bonus amount is more than the CTC.
In the first year, the candidate will:
(a) set up initial meetings with schools, pitch Open Door's product and close deals with key-decision makers.
(b) help Open Door's sales network in the assigned geographical region
(c) be involved in Branding efforts
(d) report directly to the company's co-founder
The job would involve:
(a) meeting specific sales targets
(b) extensive traveling in the assigned geographical region
The required skills are:
(a) Great presentation and articulation skills
(b) Interest in education/learning and science/math
Previous experience with schools in K12 sector is a plus.
