Strawberry POS is looking to hire for Business Development and Sales.Looking for dynamic, forward thinking, self-motivated individuals with 0-2 years of sales experience (preferred), especially in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
A fixed salary plus incentives are offered.
Position : Business Development Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:- Sales of cloud based POS software to restaurants- Manage lead generation ( inbound & outbound).- Meet monthly targets for revenue generation.- Fixing appointments for products demos with clients followed by mailing them presentations.- Deliver product demos and sales presentations (online and in-person)- Follow up with prospective clients & deal closures- Contribute in sales & marketing strategies.- Maintaining the database of prospects of the company.- Be part of customer service and success as needed.- Able to work independently as well as be a team player.- Must have good knowledge of Sales & Business processes.- Client Relationship management- Comfortable with CRM, Email marketing, Analytical tools.Candidate Profile:- Any graduate/Post graduate/MBA.- Experience in selling software services & IT Hardware products in past.- Experience in selling ERP/ POS solutions (preferred).- Should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.- Should have strong negotiation & convincing skills.- Enthusiastic about field fork.- Proficient in MS office.- Confident and energetic personality. You will be working at a happy, progressive work place solving an interesting problem in a growing domain. Compensation will be based on performance and good candidates will have an equity play.
