JD. : Handle end to end implementation of Bizom, a leading SaaS/cloud-based supply chain automation product for the FMCG industry. The job involves configuring the product to match customer requirements, working with master data, assisting with service requests, troubleshooting problems with data or configuration, helping customers generate reports, and offering thorough expertise to customers on the product and it's usage
Requirrements: Skills: Computer and mobile savvy with moderate knowledge of MS-Excel or equivalent and basic software understanding. Good communication skills (Written and Verbal), local language knowledge is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure. Willingness and eagerness to work in a startup environment. Willing to Travel and/or relocate to Bangalore and/or Delhi.
