We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience and skills in technical writing for writing highly technical documents which include professional portfolios, resumes, CVs, Social media profiles, biographies & other documents for clients. The work involves writing content and interacting with customers. Job responsibilities & Requirements:
1. Excellent spoken & written communication skills.
2. Excellent typing and proofreading skills as well as good knowledge of operating computers.
3. Researching the best design for various profiles; content / industry jargon to use.
4. Extensively using MS Office to produce high-quality, professional-looking documents.
5. Careful scrutiny of documents developed for clients.
6. Formatting Resumes according to different client formats.
7. Ensuring that each document meets prescribed Quality Standards and Norms.
8. Strong client servicing orientation with abilities in communicating with clients at the highest level to understand needs and aspirations.
9. Confident speaker, not afraid to talk to CXO level customers & Directors of companies.
10. Achieving Process SLAs and generating MIS Reports.
11. Conducting research to update self on industry knowledge & trends
12. MUST be knowledgeable about the various employable industries and verticals and should understand job profiles
13. Should be able to work under minimum supervision Plenty of growth opportunities will be provided to the right candidate.

Desired Candidate Profile Education:
UG – Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG – not necessary but any Postgraduate would do; (HR background preferred) Candidates with experience of 0-3 years in content writing/development.
Should be creative in thought and willing to change writing style to suit different customer & industry types. We can also consider people with HR background and an interest in and flair for writing.
Working knowledge of MS Office tools is needed (Word, Excel). We would prefer candidates willing to work in a "Start-up environment."
