We aim at having hardworking people with good creative skills and who can confidently tackle the upcoming problems.

The individual will be responsible for looking after the customers, received by phone, email, fax for trade vendors/distributors, schools, consolidators, MOEs, individuals.

 

Key Responsibilities: 


  • Researching and identifying sales opportunity; generating leads; target identification and classification.

  • Reaching out to new customers, making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product and service.

  • Answer to calls professionally to provide information about services; and handle customer queries over e-mails.

  • Make reminder calls to clients, send follow-up e-mails regarding bill payments.

  • Keep and maintain records and reports of existing Customers.

  • Assisting operations team in product delivery, installation, product demo, documentation and customer's feedback collection.

  • Making proformas, invoices and checking out stock availabilities.

  • Maintaining pricing for the item, stock availability, selling rights, component listing, if out of stock then next availability date/no longer available.

 

Desired Candidate:​


  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Languages - Hindi, English.

  • Analytical ability and quick decision-making capability.

  • Leadership skills, process improvement and a problem solver.

  • Should be well versed in Microsoft office (word and excel).

  • Must be process driven and should be adaptable to change and help in driving things.
