Roles and Responsibilities

Will be responsible for sales & marketing activities from existing and new perspectives. Candidate must have an experience of working in Real estate industry

Provide guidance and assist sellers/buyers in marketing/purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.

Determine clients needs and financials abilities in order to propose solutions that suit them

Supervision & co-ordinate with the team for activities related to Marketing/Branding, planning as well Channel and Direct Sales.

Monitoring Market Trends, promotional activities and Brand strategy .Channel Sales & Corporate tie-up activity for maximize Business.

Connecting and Closing upon the leads generated through online medium Come up with additional means of generating sales leads for the company.

Tie up and create network of real estate brokers to drive indirect sales.

Qualification & Skills

Graduate Degree in any field / MBA / PGDBM preferred. Total Background of 1-6 years in real estate sales & marketing

Enthusiastic, Self-motivated with pleasing personality

Ability to work independently.

Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate
