Brief

At Bold Kiln, we manage and support several startups and growing companies with their digital marketing efforts - across social media management, social media advertising, Google AdWords etc.

This has work across platforms (Twitter, FB, Instagram, Snapchat, ….) and forms (searching for content, copywriting, creatives, strategy, tie ups, influencer programs, hygiene maintenance etc.).

You will be expected to contribute across these workstreams as and when needed for digital marketing efforts for Bold Kiln & its clients.

This role offers you a total immersion into digital marketing for a brand and its various aspects. It will have you work closely with the senior leadership of the business, and offer opportunity to interact with clients and external vendors as well.

Key Responsibilities:

For Bold Kiln and the clients we work with, work across various items, supporting the team with:

1) Social Media Management

a. Assist with streamlining company social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Flicker, and other social media platforms), ensuring uniform content and tone of voice for landing pages, graphics, and other elements within the communities.

b. Increase the number of followers we have on Twitter, IG, ... by following and engaging with TG

c. Tracking, monitoring relevant tweets / posts to reply to / engage with / …

d. Posting updates (tweets, FB, IG, LinkedIn …) regularly

e. Liaising with staff internally to ensure that their company profiles are accurate and up-to date.

2) Understanding and monitoring social media analytics

a. Track key social media analytics on a monthly basis, including Google Analytics, Bitly statistics, LinkedIn company stats, etc.

b. Work with the team to build monthly reporting tools on social media analytics and performance against our ‘baseline targets.’
